Imagine you haven”t  met your biological dad who is in prison, and on your 12th birthday everything changes. During one summer you found a flyer for a baking consent that is for a network show called kids baking challenge. Well, in the book “From the Front Desk of Zoe Washington” by Janae Marks the main character is named Zoe and is 12 years old. Zoe wants to keep the letter a secret from everyone. After getting letters sent from her father, she wants to prove that her father is innocent, but throughout she has many problems. For example, Zoe faces a problem with her dad being in jail, and Isabella has to accept that her parents are getting a divorce. Both characters find something that they enjoy doing, Zoe likes to bake and Isabella enjoys playing the piano. Since Isabella’s parents got a divorce she stayed at her parents house for two weeks.
